It is also known to enhance the taste of foods but do you know what the food tastes like without the addition of sodium. Have you tried to eat your food without sodium? I have. It’s a totally different taste and truly a rewarding experience. I like the natural taste of foods. My taste buds were dancing with enjoyment when I first tried eating my food without salt or sugar. For your diet you need to try to eat natural food without using sodium or sugar to enhance the taste.
